The person above mentioned is renting a Kayak/Sup from Sflow Outdoor.

The renter must show valid identification (e.g. passport) to rent a Kayak/sup

When the hirer receives a kayak / sup without making any remarks or objections he/she acknowledges  that it is in perfect working order. The hirer hereby declares  under his/her responsibility, that he/she is able to  use the rented kayak/sup without causing danger to himself/herself or others.  No license to rent the kayak/sup is required.The renter may  not give the kayak/sup to another person under any circumstances.

It is mandatory to wear the life jacket., which must be fastened securely to prevent unfastening. No compensation can be claimed by the renter from SFLOW OUTDOOR for damage  caused or suffered  by the renter himself/herself.

The hirer agrees to use the kayak/sup with extreme caution and return to shore in case of  strong winds  or worsening weather conditions and is obliged to cover any costs resulting from infractions  for  which he/she may be responsible. The single kayak must be  used by only one person.

The hirer must use and guard the kayak/sup so as to avoid damage and theft, SFLOW OUTDOOR may demand payment for damage to or loss of the rented equipment.

SFLOW OUTDOOR supplies to the renter 1 paddle for single/sup kayaks and 2 paddles for  tandem kayaks, a life jacket for each renter, waterproof bags and waterproof cell phone holders.

If the kayak/sup and accessories are stolen or lost , the renter must immediately notify SFLOW OUTDOOR by calling the following number: +39 334 75 47 620, pay a sum that can vary from €  500 to € 700 (depending on the type and value of the kayak/sup rented), and report the theft to the local police.The sum of money will be returned if the stolen or lost kayak/sup and/or accessories are  recovered.

The use of kayaks/sup is to be intended for adults only. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for the minor and for any damage he/she  may cause to himself /herself or to a third party, releasing SFLOW OUTDOOR from any liability in this case. The adult is also required to monitor the minor.The renter's signature at the bottom of this contract implies  that the renter has read, agrees to the terms and conditions of kayak/sup rental agreement as stated here.

I authorize free of charge and without time limitation, also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law 22.4.1941, no.
